I’ve lost track of the girl I like being..
I need to find her again.
I don’t get how someone goes from talking to you everyday to blatantly stopping.. No explanation, no nothing.
It makes me think there’s a reason, like maybe he left his phone charger at a friends house.
But that’s probably not it..
He’s probably just a dick.
I come home almost every weekend with intentions to see my friends.
Yet I only ever see the same 2.
Those same 2 are also the only friends who have visited me at school.
It’s really comforting to know I’m missed..

I think tonight was my last night drinking for a really long time.
I just want to be healthy again. I want to go to the gym everyday! Eat 3 healthy meals a day with healthy small snacks between! Do homework, study and go out without drinking..
I’m so stressed out about my health it’s ridiculous.. I feel like I’m annoying everyone because it’s all I talk about, but never do it.. But I need to. Now. Starting tomorrow!
I’ve never been the type to try to make myself look good to get a guy to be into me.. But I really want him to be into me! Ahh! :)
I really want to get myself back on a strict schedule at the gym! But it sucks cause I only have motivation when I’m drunk… :(
Maybe when I wake up Ill have modivation! Hmm!
I can never quite figure out if people don’t take my fitness advice seriously because they don’t actually see how far I’ve come or because they are extremely uneducated..
It really bothers me.

It drives me crazy when people take boot camp classes.
Just because there’s a ‘personal trainer’ does not mean he’s teaching you the PROPER way to do each movement!!
Anyone can be a personal trainer.. It’s an unlicensed occupation. So literally anyone..
I have a couple friends who pretend to be really into fitness but all they care about are calories and the number on the scale. And of course, they take boot camp classes.
And well since I want to be a fitness trainer, but for the health and fitness aspect of it; when ever I’m at the gym with those friends I try to help them use proper form, (they ask btw) but then get mad and tell me I’m wrong because their boot camp trainer told them other wise..
For some reason they think there’s a ‘normal’ way and a ‘crossfit’ way.
*That makes sense how?
When will people realize that Crossfit started as military training and is for the most part performed at Olympic standards..
Are they going to say Olympians are doing it wrong because their trainer told them another/ easier/ less efficient way to perform the movement? NO..
Ps.. I hate going to a normal gym!
